I spent 3 nights in a small, dark Superior Double Room. The friendly staff were unhelpful, and the atmosphere felt like a constant rush for them to leave. The location near Provenza was decent, but the restaurant’s menu was lacking. A budget choice, but don't expect comfort here.

The AC in the room was terrible. I couldn't set it up properly, and the window doesn’t open. Breakfast was disappointing, just eggs and arepas—if you don’t like them, good luck finding something else! The jacuzzi was a joke. only one was in operation, and the guests hogged it for hours, making it impossible for anyone else to use it. This hotel really needs to be more attentive to guest experience.
